Acceptance of Terms:

By proceeding with our offer and commencing work on the project, you, the Client, explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement signifies your understanding and acceptance of all listed points, which apply automatically upon the start of our project together.

Written Offer and Project Completion Timeline:

  • Written Offer: Every client receives a detailed written offer, outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and payment schedule. This document forms the formal agreement between ZD Painters and you.
  • Completion Timeline: Our written offer will specify the project completion timeline. We commit to finishing within the quoted timeframe, barring unforeseen external delays, emphasizing our dedication to timely service.

Terms of Service:

  1. Project Timeline: Service completion may vary due to external factors. While we strive to adhere to the initial schedule, adjustments may be necessary.
  2. Preparation and Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for preparing the service area, including the removal of personal belongings. ZD Painters will take measures to cover and protect any items that remain in the serviced area; however, the ultimate responsibility for any items left in the service area rests with the Client. ZD Painters will not be liable for damage to or loss of items not removed; it’s critical to clear the area to prevent disputes. This precaution ensures that while we make efforts to protect your property, the responsibility for items left in the work area remains with the Client, not ZD Painters.
  3. Scope of Services: Any services not specified in the initial quote or that present unique challenges will be separately assessed. We promise transparency throughout this process.
  4. Access: Unrestricted access to the premises is required throughout the project for efficient work completion.
  5. Changes and Additional Services: Modifications to the project scope or additional requests will necessitate a new quote and agreement, possibly affecting the timeline and cost.
  6. Payment: Adherence to the outlined payment schedule is expected. Delays or failure to meet these obligations can result in project suspension.
  7. Quality Assurance: We encourage you to inspect the work during the project. Quality concerns should be addressed promptly, ensuring they can be corrected in real-time.
  8. Liability and Insurance: ZD Painters holds insurance to protect against losses, excluding instances of our fault. You agree to indemnify us against non-fault-related claims.
  9. Post-Completion Terms: The final payment signifies acceptance of the work as per agreed specifications. No disputes or refunds will be considered thereafter.
  10. Snagging: We address minor issues within the project’s scope post-completion. Additional or out-of-scope work will incur charges.
  11. Guarantee and Materials: We offer no guarantees post-completion and while we may advise on materials, we cannot guarantee the quality of independently sourced materials.

Conclusion:

Your acceptance of our services confirms your agreement to these terms. Non-compliance may result in project delays or additional costs. We value your cooperation and eagerly anticipate delivering quality service.
